These terms govern your use of the Eyor ("Eyes On the Road") Android application. Eyor is a personal, single-user application made by its developer for his own use. By installing or using Eyor, you agree to these terms.
Eyor is a hands-free, audio-first assistant that reads your messages, email, and news aloud and lets you act on them by voice and keypad while driving. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use.
Eyor is designed to reduce the need to look at or handle your phone, but you are solely responsible for operating your vehicle safely and lawfully. Always follow the traffic and distracted-driving laws that apply to you, keep your attention on the road, and do not use any feature of the app in a way that is unsafe. Pull over if a task needs your attention. Do not rely on Eyor for anything safety-critical.
You are responsible for the Google account and any other credentials you connect to the app, and for the messages you choose to send, delete, or otherwise act on through it. How Eyor handles your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
Use Eyor only with accounts and data you are authorized to access, and only in compliance with applicable law and the terms of the services it connects to (such as Google's terms).
Eyor is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and reliability. Messages may be read, delayed, missed, or acted upon incorrectly. The developer does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app — including any missed, incorrect, or unintended message or action.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with a "Last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
